Royal Pictures, Inc. Announces the Completion of
A Major Financing Contract to Fund Future Film Productions

- Company Announces Title of Debut Film -

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Royal Pictures, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: RPIX) announced today that it has entered into a
definitive contract with an established film financing company to fund several
of the company's upcoming films. The contract includes funding for Royal
Pictures debut film "Calle Ocho," which is currently in pre-production.
"Calle Ocho" is a high energy musical and romantic drama. Terms of the
agreement were not disclosed.
"This is a great accomplishment for our Company," stated Robert Brent,
Executive Producer. "By utilizing the appropriate financing, Royal Pictures
will continue forward with its goal of becoming an innovator and dominant
force in the independent film production world."
Mr. Brent went on to say, "Independents by their very nature are
underfunded and struggle to secure capital for their movies, whereas Royal
Pictures has favorable financing for its debut film and several others which
are being planned. Independent films are now the rage, with major stars
choosing roles which they would not have chosen in the past. I feel very
confident that Royal Pictures Inc. will become a dominant force and a leader
in the production of independent films for the big screen."
Trading on Royal Pictures commenced on May 15, 1998 under the name Amzac
Resources and on July 31, 1998 shareholders agreed to formerly change the
company from Amzac to Royal Pictures, Inc.
Royal Pictures, Inc. is both a multi-dimensional and a multi-faceted
independent film production company, that plans to develop and produce motion
pictures for the big screen. All three stages of motion picture production
will be performed and handled by Royal Pictures, beginning with the funding,
pre-production, and the completion of the film including distribution.
Statements about the Company's future expectations, including future
revenues and earnings, and all other statements in this press release other
than historical facts are "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of
Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, Section 21E of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, and as that term is defined in the Private Securities
Litigation Reform Act of 1995. The Company intends that such forward-looking
statements be subject to the safe harbors created thereby. Since these
statements involve risks and uncertainties and are subject to change at any
time, the Company's actual results could differ materially from expected
results.
