J.B Oxford is a penny stock for a reason. This stock was under $1 in December you think it's just hasen't been noticed. LOL This stock is Dead Money and will see the penny's again. No position right now but I did notice it and did my reseach to see why it hasen't moved. Do your own research on this Dog you'll find out what I did. Dave
