This is interesting Doug! I haven't been following BII as closely lately, but is it true that a PP has not been announced as of it?

I've always been concerned about the share dilutions up till now, and one thing is for sure in that we will only be seeing more of this if the situation doesn't turn around soon. They are "burning" way to much cash for a company this size IMO.
