I think I found out what was wrong with your calculation.

Prior to the IPO a stock split is going to take place. So selling 3 million shares to the public will not dilute the current shareholdings to 55%.

I would think that the 3 million new shares will represent no more then 20 per cent of the enlarged capital. Thus there are an additional 12 million shares! That would require a split of at least 1 to 4.

With such split, PWCC would hold 1.3 million FLAS, or 0.4 FLAS per PWCC share. FLAS trading at $30 would put PWCC to $12, or $60 to $24.
