True, this company is not yet what is called a "fully-reporting" one ... meaning that they have not yet filed the necessary initial forms with the SEC. We all know that ... and so should anyone else who has done his Due Diligence. (And anyone who invests in penny stocks without doing Due Diligence personally is truly misguided.) So are you suggesting that we should not discuss here what we know or believe or remember hearing or think or suppose or hope? At a minimum, this serves to tell us what we do not know. And "knowing what one does not know" is of significant value ... don't you think? JSb.
