I think CEO made some comment that they expected '97 EPS to be "around $1.60." Street expectation is around $1.64, so some people have been running for the exits as they are suspecting that FDC is talking down estimates. There has been some stuff in the papers etc. saying that credit card usage growth rate is now showing some slight decrease, from maybe 20 % per year growth to maybe 18 - 19 %, some institutions got a little skittish. No big deal. Buying opportunity.
