That's it exactly!!! i find when I can't look at this screen anymore, I go and spend the afternoon at my daughter's kindergarten (like 2 1/2 hours with 24 four and five year olds is relaxing LOL) and that seems to help. Everyone has to keep their own comfort levels in things like this, if you can't sleep at night, you have too much, or shouldn't be in them at all.
