Pointe Communications and Grande River Communications Agree to Share Telecommunications Network Resources in the U.S. and Latin America HOUSTON, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Pointe Communications Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PCOM - news; PointeCom(TM)), President and Chief Operating Officer Gary D. Morgan today announced that the company, a provider of Internet, telecommunications and telecommuting services, has signed a reciprocal agreement with Grande River Communications, Inc. (GRCI). Under the accord, GRCI will purchase U.S. and international termination from PointeCom. Morgan stated that the two networks are already connected and passing traffic, and PointeCom is using GRCI's fiber network in South Texas for interconnection.
