that analyst said that Nikon claim they have 10 ArF in Inventory to be shipped (according to him or Nikon) during the first quarter? Has anyone seen that, supposedly Nikon announcement? I missed it.

That analyst was out to lunch.

In 1998, Nikon president Shoichiro Yoshida said his company had received 10 orders for 193-nm tools. All of those systems are now on the production floor at Nikon's Kumagaya plant in Japan. Nikon said the balance of equipment on order will be shipped throughout the company's fiscal 1999 year, which begins in April.
