>>>I notice BII still haven't announced a closing on their last private placement.
Life can be soooooo gooood! I knew you would stick your foot in your mouth again Dougie boy! Again, you show that you haven't done your homework! Ha! Doesn't surprise me!
OK, Dougie, I'll give you a hint. Go to SEDAR - you do know what that is don't you - you forensic accountant, you. OK, search for Bid.com. OK, a file there is titles Final Prospectus, dated January 18, 1999.
OK, with me so far Dougie? OK, in the introduction, it discusses the terms of the prospectus. I'll post it here for you.
Each Special Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire, for no additional consideration, and subject to adjustment as described below, one Unit consisting of one Common Share and one-quarter of one Share Purchase Warrant, before 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the date (the "Expiry Time") which is the earlier of (i) the date which is five (5) business days after the date on which a receipt (the "Receipt Date") for this prospectus has been issued by the last of the securities regulatory authorities in the Provinces of Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta (the "Qualifying Jurisdictions"), and (ii) November 30, 1999. Any Special Warrants not exercised on or before the Expiry Time shall be deemed to be exercised immediately prior to the Expiry Time without any further action by the holder. In the event the Company has not received a receipt for this prospectus from the relevant Qualifying Jurisdictions by 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on February 28, 1999 (the "Qualification Deadline"), the Special Warrants will thereafter entitle such holder to receive, for no additional consideration, 1.05 Units (in lieu of one Unit).
OK, what does it say Dougie? Hmmmm, something about maybe having to wait until the last of the Securities Regulatory Authorities acknowledges receipt of the filing of the prospectus. Hmmmm, funny enough, BC and Alberta have already acknowledged, haven't they Dougie old boy. Hmmmm, also in the prospectus, doesn't it mention that they are willing to wait until FEB. 28, 1999 for these Receipts? Hmmm, funny how if the Receipts don't arrive by Feb. 28, 1999 then the warrants are equal to 1.05 of a warrant!
Hey, Dougie, go do your homework. You post garbage in the past, continue to, and God help those clients of yours that use you for a FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT. My, oh my, WHAT A JOKE!!!! |
