JJsirius, Responding to the title of this thread, it is ironic that Rubin was the only secretary of the Treasury that was ever confirmed by the Senate without a Single vote of Disapproval. I think his confirmation vote was something like 99-0. Who was the lone wolf who did not vote. Maybe the Pope will Cannonize said Senator in the Future. <<<VBG>>>>>> JOhn
