When I called the SEC on Friday afternoon, the guy didn't even know about USAT. He read off 5 companies on a memo he had, and asked me to read the article concerning USAT. He seemed surprised that he had no information, and the USAT news came out that morning, so it was several hours old. USAT, like other internet related stocks, have no income in this start up phase. Has anyone seen the book value of Yahoo? Has Amazon.com shown a profit to date? It's ALL crazy if one thinks about it, and USAT is no different in that sense.
