Robert, I did not hear them saying that half of the 280 units are 5010, I believe one of the questioners even asked directly about the 280 5000 units at the integrators. Furthermore, in the last quarter they shipped only about 60 lasers and 50% of these (or 30) were of the 5010 version, they could mot have shipped in the prior quarter(s) the balance of the 110 you assume are 5010, since they were not shipping these but for qualifications (maybe another total of 30?, 15 for test beds and qualifications and the rest to go to end demand?).
Another puzzle is that they shipped their number 1000 laser in the quarter, they have 600 installed in fabs that leaves 400 at other locations, 280 are in the channel, that leaves 120, of which half (60) could be the new 5010 and half (60) older test beds, qualification models and various research locations. This assumes that the 1000th was late in December (G).
