AS A MATTER OF RECORD and with all due respect the senior officers/board directors of (NASDAQ:GRVSF) (TSE:AED) were surrounded in shareholder allegations of: [alleged] criminal gross negligence, proxy fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent concealment, violations of corporate opportunity, breach of fiduciary duty/capacity, violations of insider trading, fraudulent conspiracy, conspiracy to defraud...all as proximate cause for sustained and consistent patterns of shareholder value destruction ultimately driving Advanced Gravis into insolvency and allegedly contriving an equally controversial [asset] sale to (NYSE:FO). Michael Cooper was President and COO of Advanced Gravis at the time and Dave Reid was let go as Vice President of Marketing by Mike Cooper.

There is extensive documentation of this situation available archived on the Silicon Investor pursuant to the Advanced Gravis Computer Technology (NASDAQ:GRVSF) (TSE:AED)(VSE:AED) shareholder thread.
