HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM, got my system running about 10 days ago and thought everything was OK. Then I installed a PCI sound card! Nothing. Headphones work good but not external speakers. Tried everything I knew. Then hooked up printers. Nothing! Fiddled with it last week, then decided to take to local experts. Found printer port was no good. Hooked up sound card and couldn't boot with sound card in place. Removed sound card, installed ISA printer card. Printer works fine. No sound card. Diagnostic $30.00, card $18.00 installed, total $48.00.

E-mailed Jon this afternoon late, haven't heard back. Do I have a recourse? Your thoughts very much appreciated,

Regards, /jw
