I don't see a reverse split unless the F.D. number of shares out is huge or somehow they want to screw the holders of the 4M shares they want. The problem with that is we'd suffer along with them. He mentioned litigation as a likely route so I assume he'd prefer it. I have a feeling, and that's all it is, that new money is coming in, either by way of a PP or some type of relationship/alliance with another company/group. He was very clear some exciting things were going to happen but gave no clues as to what they were.
