My wife and I were having a discussion about INTC and INTCW tonight and I thought I would get on here and ask a question of those with more knowledge.

We have watched INTC as compared to INTCW for the last 6 months or so and note that it is almost always within about $39-41 of the INTC price that day.

The volume is also very good for the warrants. Today for example, the warrants traded almost as much as IBM.

So... here comes the question... Why buy the stock when you can buy more warrants for the same price? We have shares of INTC with a long term horizon (10 years or so) but have some additional money from a stock sale and want to put it in Intel for the short term (6 months).

Why would we NOT want to buy the warrants?

Thanks,

Bernie and Cheri
