(if ISLD has the best or 2nd best inside price to match against it could be instant) Perhaps a 'trade-off' button could be added that would let you emphasize whether you want 'best price' or 'fast exectution'. Is a 25cent cancellation fee applied to orders that are not completely filled by Smart or Cruise Keys?
