Monte & All, A Response From Jayne
I received this today several hours after the news was released. It sure does back up what you had to say. No doubt Jayne couldn't respond because of the legal proceedings. It's just a matter of time now and a whole lot less time than yesterday. Thanks a bunch Jayne!

Dear ,

I presume you have seen this morning's press release. I have not been able to answer most of your questions because of the ongoing legal dynamics. The settlement with Asia and Arcadia, although it doesn't release us from the petition, is a giant step in the right direction. LifeOne's appeal is set for February 15, and the implication is that if Black Sea doesn't settle by then, and the judge decides to grant our appeal to have the petition dismissed, Black Sea risks having damages awarded to LifeOne that would wipe out their 1.5 million debenture.

No trial date has been set for the California action but the case is moving into the discovery phase.

12 days left. Until what? You get out of the sand or the service
altogether?

Sincerely,
Jayne

BE HAPPY,

WALLEYE
