The stock price will be under pressure if you look at NITE as a "normal" company. However, as evidenced by the strength shown by second-tier on-line brokerages today... NITE may not even feel the impact of doubling its float. Of course it's not certain how much of those 9MM shares will be gobbled up by institutions.

So let's watch in the next few days. Buy on dips I say.
