Rather than you questioning other's motives, how about you workout a business case that supports the idea that this stock would make sense at a price of even $5 per share, much less the more fantastic number of $10 or $18 that has been thrown around today, by you and your companion.

So far, the way it looks is they are working quite a deal here. On Jan 13 they sold 7&#189M shares for $75K. Those shares are now worth about $50M. Smooth move Darren. Just who bought those shares.

Next, he turns around and sells, 500,000 units of a dealie for $2.00 a unit, that carries 1 free trading share, and a warrant to buy another share for another $2.00 a share. So in current terms that looks like another $5 times the 1M total shares. Hey that deal only cost the company another $5M in benefit.

How many of these shares and warrants did Darren get? And if he didn't get any of these 8M shares and &#189M warrants, then how many more must he have to still remain as President and sole Director?

So the guy is a genius all right, as some one forwarded earlier. He has ended January about $50M+ richer than he started it and all it cost him was $200,000 and a couple of press releases.
