When a stock gaps up and drops immediately and never looks up again that day on heavy volume coupled with 1000% increase over 40 straight trading sessions. Also, Buy the rumor and sell the news. Friday was the last trading before the opening of the web site. Look at DBCC the day before the IPO hit and then the day of the IPO release. DBCC dropped approx. 30%
