Thanks for the warning and the trite comments from the Economist. I've done just fine for 30 years in investing so don't think anything much different will happen any time soon. I recommend no day trading, whether feverish or calm. Sure, I spend a lot of time reading Web stuff because it is the best source of information available. SI is great because there are many people with much expertise and knowledge. We'll see whether I have unrealistic expectations for Qualcomm and Globalstar over the next few years. So far I have been very right on them both, whereas L M Ericsson has been very wrong on Qualcomm and cdmaOne. Maurice
