the 1st amendment protects the individuals freedom of speech From the government not other individuals. Well, not totally true Isoman. I know of someone who was sued for $20,000,000.00 for posting on a thread and that person's posts were based mostly on facts. The Company involved sued that person, it was not the thread the person posted on that sued him. The thread, however, did give out his name and address to the Company. In this case, the suit was settled but the person had to remove all of his posts, which was requested but has not been done yet by the thread. Food for thought, Helene
