Dave, have you filed the most recent 10Q yet? It's not on any of the Edgar search sites nor on your web site.

Also, was the $7.2M you are counting for this past Q actual cash in the bank, or listed as A/R? If A/R, over how long a period is it due, and what obligations, if any, must VXTK fulfill before receiving any of it?
