While I recognize that you probably refer to becoming a "reporting company", you risk misleading with a statement like this.

Fact: The numbers have been reported to all shareholders (and not just to "us longs") and are available to anyone who asks.

Fact: They were audited.

Fact: And they were mailed out over the signature of the CEO (which would have opened him personally to charges of mail fraud should there be any funny goings-on).

Now I agree that becoming fully-reporting will be an important step, but this pledge was extracted during the Annual Meeting. FWIW, I am comfortable, independently of Skip's progress report from IR, that the process is ongoing as we speak.

Please be more careful with your facts.
