I don't know what I can tell other than I am not surprised. If Mr. Rost is involved in as many deals as I am lead to believe, and got the rally going without any involvement from the posters at SI, I'd say he has his own connections. We went from 3cents to 15cents with nary a word out on the streets. And he did this without news being generated from Pacel. I think I might like to see what plans he has for PLRP. I did hear that we might get a PR this week. I hope it's soon.
