Thanks for your post on the dilution issue. While people talk of 21,275,846 of this quantity of shares as being the worst case , it is actually the best case scenario and what they should want. Because this assumes conversion of debentures at $3.50 and warrants at $5.22, which also assures everyone of having a gain on their stock. I agree with you that there needs to be an awareness of what can go wrong, whether it is extremely remote or not. There definitely is not a cap on the quantity of shares that can be issued.
