Yes, any authorization of shares beyond that would have to be approved by shareholders,hmm has anyone asked about a shareholder meeting? Will inquire about that today ;). "And the other 7 mil. shares that are not in the float, are those soley owned by the company?" Any shares that are issued but not part of the public float are owned either by the Company or are restricted for open market until a future date (will inquire about BYU's 10% shares, where they fall, I assume in the non public float but will verify that). WCTI is planning a secondary offerring or APO as it can be called sometime in the May-June timeframe also the earliest any restricted shares could come to market would be July.,, L & $ WCTI,, Barbara P.S.
