Languishing, aren't we? I've been assured Mr. Pierce is working overtime to get all the USWDA 'ducks in a row'. The only problem with ducks is they have a mind of their own. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks, with emphasis on the word hopefully, 'soup to nuts' capitalization will be in place to properly light the jets under this rocket. Now it's on to Seoul/Tokyo in '02.
