Well it's not as though Jane's never been humiliated before, but hey... I think we all have. She shouldn't feel so bad. The title of the book is "Future Perfect" by Stanley Davis. It's for mgmt class. Topic is along the lines of the new economy which will cater far more to the consumer than the industrial economy did. Speaks of such things as mass-customization and the like. I'd cut and paste the report here, but I'm afraid there might be some extreme boredom brought about. :-) Regards, Dave
