John, I thought you might be interested in posting this on S.I. board.

The text follows, in case you can't access the link.
I don't think so, Somethings still troubling.
In the president's message yesterday, he states Usat has been a customer of franklins since FQ last year which starts July 1.
What I find hard to "ignore" about that is taken from the link below. Usat states in this filing made on Aug. 19, 1998 for the quarter ending June 30,1998. it has virtually no money, nada, zip., but more troubling is the quote below form that document, in which Usat states it does not know what business it will be in. Under Management' Discussion Item #2.
edgar-online.com.
HAVE A LOOK !!!!!! >>>>>>Plan of Operations. The Company is currently in the process of looking for business opportunities to acquire or merge with. There is no guarantee that management will be successful in finding such an opportunity. The Company is also in the process of bringing all of its periodic reports current for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. During this process, the Company intends to raise operational capital through private placements. <<<<<<<<<<
Now, as of June, 30, 1998 or Aug. 19, 1998 whichever date you use. Usat neither knows what it is going to do nor has the funds to do what it doesn't know what it wants to do yet.
It doesn't make sense does it ????
Better yet upon further review we find that Usat's press release regarding it's financing for the "National Rollout" is announced on Jan. 6, 1998. So that this financing that was so important to them so they could pay for incidentals such as equipment etc. was not in place until Jan. 6, 1999 according to the company.
Even better yet, which we can also choose to "IGNORE" is Usat latest press release of today. The link is below and some excerpts from that also.

What will we hear next from Usat, I was under the impression that Trendmark was a major part of there marketing. They are at least going to give customers their money back, Hmmmmmm I wonder if the SEC halt had anything to do with the refund.
There seems to be alot more to "ignore", correct.
