Shtirlitz, thanks to you for a lot of good information being provided. I have one more question since you seem to be THE expert here on this thread.

As I recall from an article published recently, one analyst believes IDT's stock price will perform well on a sustained basis only if their core business turns around. What fuels recent strength, I guess you and I and most everybody else on this thread might agree, is because of the talk of spinoff and the re-valuation of their internet asset and the cost associated with it. As I understand it, the internet business takes a lot of expenses and low their overall profitability. If the internet business is spun off, margin may suddenly improve. However, their core business (telecommunication) is still under questioning. My impression is, although their recent top line (revenue) growth is significant in the telecommunications area, their future revenue growth is in question due to competition and cooling off of the whole sector (Is this a correct understanding?).

Now that is still not my question lol. My real question is: what (difficulty) is exactly they are experiencing in the telecommunications area and what would make them turn around? Is there any chance to turn around?

Would appreciate in advance for your responses.
