FWIW, I just called Terry McWilliams, from Moasic, and he conceded that they are NOT REALLY the first Internet Bank. He in fact admitted that the headlines were a btoit mis leading. "They are the first Internet bank to offer full internet loans. Claiming that NetBank uses off line sources for something or another"
