The "gubment" is going to try to take my microwave cause i et a ground hog on the wrong day???.......and yes they are sweet if seasoned right...chapter three of the cookbook.....and it is not politically correct to assume that it is only males that are a threat to them.......i heard my own sainted little laci call one a bastard at the age of about 6........did it in a very clear and appropriate tone too..... and i think there are others on the thread that appreciate the best characteristics of a ground hog (when they assume room temperature)....better take a poll on this........ don the "tire tracks make for tender groundhog"
