Ramesh, Amdahl's latest earning report and their next earnings report will probably seem disappointing. However, the last and next reports will reflect their status as a hardware oriented business, and there has been a recent changeover to a consulting format, which in my opinion is a far more profitable arena at this time. One of their chief areas of concentration at this time seems to be on the upcoming century - date crisis, which as you know will affect every business computer in the world. I see $20 or more upon resolution of this problem, more is likely because that will be one heck of a necessary program for businesses, and whomever has it first..... Keep the faith!
