Monte, Thanks for the info. I have a couple of questions I would like your response/debate. If you were a company that was working out a settlement with another company would you settle and leave yourself open for further legal action. It has been my experience in matters like this that when you settle you give up the right to pursue further legal action. Not because you have to but, because that is the incentive for the other side to settle. I do not think that these two would agree to a settlement and still be open to a lawsuit(at least from LONE). This does not mean that "we" together as investors/shareholders could not continue or have our own suit. That still leaves Black Sea which was not named in the initial suit. There was talk of adding them to the RICO suit but I do not know if that happened or not. I do not understand why LONE would agree to a settlement when they had not been released from the bankruptcy(but I have an idea). It may be because you need three to initiate but once started all have to settle or withdraw(or dismissal) It also may be that they settled with the smallest in order to catch the big fish. Just thinking out loud and I would welcome your thoughts. IMO this is all great and we should be moving forward from this point.

Glen
