Hi IR, I was wondering if you could clarify something for me?
In the SEC link that posted the other day, it looks like most of the insider shares are being sold. Is this correct? There are only 2.25mm shares out standing, and after the reported planned sales, they will be all or almost all in the float. Do I read this correctly?
