You can get a profile from Yahoo Finance. Shares issued 49.2M Float 48M. Surprizing the limited amount of shares trading when the total float is considered. I do not know how many shares are held by insiders/management but believe that there are enough shares in the free float that the lack of trading volume indicates long term investors with confidence in this company!
