Patti, someone with a good record has raised his target from 2 1/4 to 3 1/4, after first mentioning it a couple of weeks ago. He continues to say it'll reach his target. I've followed his picks and they usually do.

Been a while back, but I've owned VCLL shares before, and always made money, so I'm comfortable waiting for the volume, whether it happens today or not.
