I don't know. Maybe. I picture doing it either way, and then see which feels better. There are periods of time when I don't have that much fun with my spouse, and it kind of comes and goes. Partly because of my head's problems - it gets too small to know what's going on. I think it's a good idea, to, have fun with your spouse, and try to focus on it, of course. When my brain rises, it's definitely obvious. When I can think outside myself. Then can focus on making someone happy, beyond just surviving. So, from a healthy-mind-giving advice perspective, I'm not the one to ask, most of the time. I can tell. Because I know it's the most important thing in life when I am.
