Jon, There are many apllications for new high speed DSP's. xDSL is just one of them, and I agree it's years away for the masses. It's just going to have to be a 56k world for awhile. Hell I wish ISDN would take off more and if it did USR is right there with the best ISDN Terminal Adapters like the Sportster 128k. I like TI because they are more agressive than ROK with new chips, like the new DSP. Who are ROK's customers? Did they come up with a 56k technology? USR is an innovator that has CONTROL over their chip designs. I may not be the best person to convince you to buy usrx. Keep reading the post's in this thread, and get involved and I am sure you'll see usrx as a good buy. ESpecially now, but don't wait too long. I'm still regretting not buying Megahertz stock when it hit $4 before the merger. I know people who did and are loving it. Some sold right after the merger before the two splits and are hating it. All and all I'm real happy I bought more today. The train is moving... Derek
