It is part of the mandate of the Special Prosecutor to clear people if a case cannot be made. However, a case unmade is not a case won. In the case of the lawsuit, the settlement came before final disposition by the appeals court. Before the appeals court has spoken, the matter remains unsettled. Finally, although I do think that the President's side won a couple of things, most of the rulings sought were unfavorable to the President. That's why it is so hard (even for you, apparently) to remember one that was favorable.
