Checked in w LKON!!

"Strategic Partner": They are considering strategic partners and have looked at what recent "buyouts" in the industry have gone for. They multiple is a multiple of sales. In Dec, Nokia bought a co for 9X sales (I think I posted that release on this board). Also, CSCO bought a co (the spelling is definitely way off) Seluise, that had $3M in rev for $130M (50x sales). (no time now to gather LKON's sales. LKON's year just ended 1/31). They think they are a "natural partner" for a big co in the industry.

LKON's big product will continue to be, now more than ever, their "Gateway" product for voice over the net. They expect this to be 40-50% of their vol over this coming year. It is a DSP - Universal Port product. All their customers, including AT&T bought more. They have made sales overseas in Phillipines, Bulgaria and other countries.
They say this market is a $2B market

The Gateway customers are not "household names", for the most part. The $3M sale is an example. IMO their could be more similar sales to such "little guys".
For big guys, AT&T could easily buy more. Much more. T could deploy it throughout the co.

Could someone find sales and do some # crunching. Thanks. Mel
