CNH Holdings Announces NSG, Inc. has Received a Signed Master Service
Agreement With Callon Petroleum Company

KILGORE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 1999--CNH Holdings Company Inc. (OTC BB:CNHH - news) a diversified
environmental clean up company, announces its wholly owned subsidiary NSG, Inc. has received a signed Master Service Agreement with Callon Petroleum
Company (NYSE: CPE - news). At the present time, NSG is awaiting operations to finish on a drilling site in Galveston County, Texas in order to finish the pit
closure. NSG will pump the NOW waste material out of the pit then handle the transporting and disposal.

NSG has two ongoing NOW disposal projects on closed-loop drilling systems through Baroid Drilling Fluids, a Subsidiary of Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL -
news) in Colorado County and in Lavaca County, Texas. NSG has caught up on their commitment on these projects and are presently hauling NOW waste as
needed.

NSG has just completed a NOW hauling operation for GDDC Disposal Company in Wharton County, Texas.

''In order to keep pace with increases in workload commitments, we have had to increase our service capacity by purchasing two additional tractor-semi-trailer
units plus taken a lease on a third flat bed trailer unit and hired additional drivers,'' said Jerry Pybas President CNH Holdings. ''This will give us more flexibility and
better response time to meet the needs of our various customers, primarily related to NOW disposal operations.''
