SSPC needs BAT International if they are going to produce the fuel cell-powered minivan because BAT has the rights to the electronic motor controller and the nickel metal hydride batteries that are being used. The fuel cell development was not "secret." I knew about it last June, and probably mentioned it as soon as I heard about it. I suppose that you will become a fuel cell expert in the next day or two and point out the disadvantages of the Carbon-X technology for our edification...
