"Will be ready" means they are not ready now
"expects to complete" means the repairs are not done
What is there that you don't understand?
This is a company that started in 1995 they are not done in 1999.You worked for this company and you had the good sense to leave it.How did you know they wouldn't be done?
Oh! I remember you have 20+ years of experience.So tell us if a top notch company like Consumers Power isn't done after 4 years: How can we expect companies that started in 1996,1997,1998,1999 to find all the bugs in the remaining time?Is it possible there might be slippage in any of their schedules to date?In the future?
Seriously you have worked in the industry,you have friends in the industry.You are a programmer.You have worked for this particular company.Why arn't they done?
It amazes me that seemingly intelligent people cannot admit that there might be something seriously wrong,they would rather put their families at risk rather than admit denial.
