Interesting about your coloring- I am Choctaw, English and Irish- and when I was in China- with my dark very straight hair, and oval face- the Chinese sometimes thought I was part Chinese- partly I think that is because my nose, though broad by Western standards, does not have high relief- so I don't look as much like a big nose as other Westerners. My mother has a very flat nose, and looks totally Indian (feather - no dot)- the Chinese would like her even better. But when I tan I tan reddish brown- and look very Indian.
