Only interesting news coming form the CC was that there are about 5.8M diluted shares outstanding, not 4.86 as is indicated on Yahoo. That brings the conversion ratio to .28 from .33, which means it takes 3.57 shares of DSYS to equal one share of ALYD, not 3 as I have seen reported elsewhere. So, if ALYD keep trading at around $10 per share, anything bought under $2.80 would be profitable. Of course, everything hinges on ALYD's share price now. (g)
