The relationship between DCTC and FTEL is dead. From my understanding,
there will be no deals between the companies. This is good for the
FTEL shareholder, obviously, when the IPO occurs.

I do not think there is any firm timetable for the IPO, but with all of the
technology that Frank has, I betcha Wall Street will be falling over
each other to get a piece of the action.
